The On the Battlefield of Sex project explores the roots of violence against women and feminine people through artistic works.

I have published the work 100 and One Genders, in which I asked participants to define their own gender on a scale of 0–100 for both feminine and masculine traits.

For years I have also been working on a project called A Day as a Woman, inviting especially people who identify as heterosexual men to explore their feminine traits and appear in photographs expressing them.

In both projects I have noticed that men generally find it deeply shameful to publicly acknowledge the feminine traits within themselves, even though most recognise them in private.
